Scan Construction & Design started off as a simple father and son business, serving Houston and Texas our Scandinavian dedication to quality and friendliness through rereferrals only.
We offer both renovations, updating existing structure with cosmetic changes and remodeling, changing the existing structure through demolition and construction. We also offer services for smaller projects and repairs through our handyman service.
The last two years we have grown our clientele and our business to include more services and service more areas. We service the Greater Houston area.

Our Process
Renovating or remodeling a space is an exciting endeavor that breathes new life into your home, and we invite you to be a part of the entire process. You as our client will always have a close contact with the one in charge, receive updates and daily summaries of the progress made.

On-Site
Consultation
The first and most important part of the process, the consultation. This is where we come and take a look at your project; taking measurements, pictures and discussing your needs and wants.
Design & Construction Estimate
Within 24 hours after the consultation, you will receive an estimate of the total cost of the project for you to look over and accept.
Shortly after, the fun begins.
Project Progress
The project progress phase is when your vision comes to life. Construction timelines can vary significantly based on project size, complexity, and unforeseen events.
The Finishing
Touches
This is the fun part! Here is where we finish all the small details, doing the cleaning and getting everything ready for the big reveal.
